YOU CAN'T PICK THE SAME PREDICTION AS ME!!!
We are back! Finally the World Cup qualifiers are out of the way and apart from a couple of games to clear things up, the groups have been drawn and we can all look forward to Qatar in November and December.
Apart from the finals themselves, I much prefer club football over the internationals and obviously, I keep an eye on results but despair at all the International breaks fracturing the club season.
Leeds have 8 games to go to ensure their Premier League survival and whilst I have no doubt they will, three points against Southampton at home this afternoon will go a long way to boost my confidence.
Anyway, the Leeds game is too early for us so as usual on a Saturday we're going for the late match which is...
Man.U are not goingto win this. I can say so with complete confidence! They are bottlers and disorganised and even with Ronaldo's motivation and goals are going to struggle against a rejuvinated Leicester who with 3 games in hand over West Ham in 7th, still have a chance of making the European places, even if it is just the Aldi Vase!
Man. U are not going to make the Champions league and will just be wanting to cement their place in the Europa League. They have been very hit and miss with their form this season and seem to have no cohesion within the team at all. Shame.
Injurywise, Cavani was injured playing for Uruguay mid-week but other than that have a full team to choose from but Leicester have an even bigger problem with Vardy being missing who along with Ndidi, both have knee problems and may not see any action for the rest of the season.
They will be looking to James Maddison to add to his tally of 13 and to mis-firing and slightly out of form this season Iheanacho who is fresh back from being dumped out of the World Cup with the Nigerian Super Eagles which is a shame, I love to see the African teams at the World Cup as sadly, we get very little exposure to African football on TV.
Prediction: Man.u 2 : 2 Leicester - First Goal Scorer: Ronaldo
Simply write the name of the FIRST GOALSCORER, the CORRECT SCORE AND the TIME OF THE FIRST GOAL as a comment. The competition closes 5 minutes before kick-off which is 17.30 BST
And the Winners were...
If you can remember that far back, no one got the 2:3 scoreline or the first goal by Wolves' Otto in the 26th minute. The first goal score pot rises up to 6000 tokens and the other prize pots remain at their daily 25000 tokens each!
