My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2022

I thought I'll have a low count yesterday 'coz I got idled for hours, I attended 2 meetings in the morning. After lunch I collected the clothes I washed the other day.

At 3 o'clock my wife and I went to a hall and volunteered to clean it with some of our friends.

We finished around 4 I think, spent time with friends until 5 o'clock.

The baywalk area is about 400 meters away I think. I go there, together with my wife.

We walked around and enjoyed the fresh air.
